How The Visibility Project Works
This is a group mentorship opportunity limited to only 12 people at a time.
Over the next 10 months, we will meet weekly for a live workshop and coaching session. You will also receive a 1-1 session with me to map out your personal visibility project. This can be a book, your area of thought leadership or a signature system that you want to use to leverage your expertise. You don't need to know what that is at the start of the program.
You will also be able to take on-demand courses to support your learning within your private classroom. A private community has also been established so you can share what you are working on and gain feedback from others.
I will give you the full weight of my imagination, creativity and insight to help you articulate exactly how you need to execute on your strategy. I will be your greatest cheerleader, next to yourself, to encourage you to persist and show up consistently.

Nerissa Golden
Nerissa is an award-winning author, business and media strategist and founder of Truly Caribbean Academy. As an entrepreneur and content creator she is passionate about teaching Caribbeanpreneurs how to leverage their skills and passions to generate multiple streams of income.
For more than 20 years, Nerissa has helped Caribbean entrepreneurs across the globe through conferences, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to build businesses that thrive. Based on the island of Montserrat, her company, Goldenmedia LLC develops digital and traditional communication solutions for international clients who want to connect with their ideal customer and target group.
A journalist and international speaker, Nerissa is the author of eight books including her latest book Start, Grow, Thrive – Build a Business That Lasts and The Making of a Caribbeanpreneur: Strategies for Overcoming Fear and Building Wealth.
She has received awards for her work as one of the Caribbean’s strongest advocates for innovation in entrepreneurship and technology. Nerissa is a certified facilitator for the World Bank’s Women’s Innovation Network of the Caribbean (WINC) Accelerated Program and a 2016 PitchIT Caribbean winner.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Much Time Will This Require of Me?
You are expected to commit at least 90 minutes each week for the live sessions and 60 minutes for your one-on-one session. You will need to set aside time to complete your visibility project within the timeline. You can work through the on-demand courses at your pace.
Do I Need Special Equipment?
No special equipment or software is required. Access to a laptop is encouraged. If you only have a mobile phone or tablet then you can work with that as well.
Is this program refundable?
You can request a full or partial refund up to the third week into the program. Funds will be returned minus the transaction charges due to currency differences and platform processing fees.
